It was during 2016, we entered into the manufacturing vertical, and within a year, we started offering gun drilling as a service, a first for toolmakers especially in Pune, enabling them to produce moulds which required deep hole drilling.Within two years, we expanded our manufacturing capability, and with two units we offer mould bases,precision machining and inserts, gun drilling, and surface grinding.
With a robust manufacturing facility, and a highly qualified team, we are commited to quality, and timely delivery.This was a key factor behind our growth in the last 5 years to become one of the leading companies in India to offer mould bases nationally and globally.

Extended our services with manufacturing of core cavities and child parts

Shifted to Pune with all Inhouse manufacturing facilities to support

Shifted to Pune with all Inhouse manufacturing facilities to support Mould makers with total,Manufacturing and Design,Gun drilling and other services
2019
Started Manufacturing large size Mould bases up to 12 tons of weight at our new location with larger space of 6800 Sq Ft.
